Ingredients
-1 cup AMARANTH GRAIN 500G
-3 mashed ripe bananas
-¼ cup CREAMY PEANUT BUTTER 200G
-3 tablespoons ORGANIC AGAVE SYRUP 370G
-1 tsp baking powder
-1/4 teaspoon HIMALAYAN SALT EXTRA FINE 500G
Preparation
-Preheat the oven to 180°C.
-Reduce the amaranth in grain to flour, in a blender or shredder.
In a large bowl, mix well the amaranth in flour, yeast and salt. Reserve.
-In another bowl, mix the banana, peanut butter and agave syrup until you get a homogeneous mixture.
-Gather the two preparations and mix very well with a spatula.
-Forge a board with vegetable paper.
-Create small balls and flatten them with a fork, until the dough is finished.
-Take to the oven about 30 minutes or until the cookies are golden.
-Let it cool down and serve the biscuits, accompanied with a comforting infusion or a glass of vegetable drink.
